Shipping Info: Interval uses Royal Mail to ship your order. We aim to ship on the same if you order before noon, but certainly within two days. If the destination address is within the UK, you should get it the day after posting, however, this is not a guarantee of service. We are unable to take responsibility for lost orders once posted but we’ll do our best to solve any issues and find a way of compensating you. International customers should be aware that shipping times will be longer. We estimate delivery at between one and two weeks when the destination is a European address, and from two to three weeks elsewhere.

If your purchase is damaged in transit due to our lack of diligence we will be happy to offer a refund. We cannot accept a claim for damages if the item is damaged by either Royal Mail or your local mail delivery service.
